I have to say that in my chili preference, I prefer good tasting chili.
One can always add hot to their comfort level.
If doesn't taste good, it doesn't matter if it's mild or death, it's
bad chili.
I think the best 'hot' chili I've had in a long time was Sir Kief's when
they had several cooks do different batches a few years back. It was
hotter than the 'nucleur' and had a flavor to die for.
