[Ansteorra] Feast Preparation

If it's a donation, when was the last time someone donated a dime and ate
feast (this isn't talking about those who don't pay at all, we've already
had that discussion)?  Take a look in the Black Star, all the ads say either
feast "fee" or just feast and a price.  None say a donation.
