Let's see, there is a mantra (probably spelt wrong) you use when walking
over hot coals. “Cool Moss, Cool Moss, Cool Moss” For Your “dry heat try
“Cool breeze, Cool Breeze, Cool Breeze”. You never know it might work for 30
seconds.
