Among other things, it gives control of your system to someone you don't know, and opens it up so that others unrelated to the original
company can access your system.

This is one of the ways that hackers create massive Denial of Service attacks. They access people's computers who have weakened their
security by installing programs like this and Kazaa and others, then install programs that will activate at a certain time and attack a
certain site.

Also, you may not go "anywhere you shouldn't", but do you really want strangers to know what you are doing on your computer, as well as
any private info you have on your hard drive. Do you want to drag down your connection speed and processor speed by letting strangers
use your computer without your permission or knowledge?

Installation of programs like these are firing offenses at quite a few companies. No matter what you choose to do at home, CERTAINLY
don't do it at work...
