	Greetings Unto the Populace of Ansteorra,

	It has been my very great pleasure to serve the kingdom of Ansteorra
as the liaison to Gulf War for the last two years. While this fun and
challenging job has been, well, fun and challenging, my time as liaison is
limited.  I therefore send this petition to the people of Ansteorra seeking
my replacement as the Ansteorran Liaison to Gulf War.

	While the largest part of the liaison job is the management of land,
this is by no means the entire job. People interested in the job must be
able to do the following:
*	Be able to manage large, complex events
*	Negotiate with GW land staff
*	Work well with GW staff from other kingdoms
*	Create and manage a large staff of people
*	Plan and coordinate event activities
*	Deal with problems on the fly
*	Deal with tired, upset people who have just driven 12 hours to camp
in a mud puddle

	A partial list of duties are as follows:
*	Negotiate for land
*	Coordinate and lay out Ansteorran land
*	Manage staff for land coordination
*	Manage staff for early on duties
*	Manage staff for clean up duties
*	Work with GW staff for
*	Land
*	Security
*	Gate
*	Volunteer
*	Royalty
*	A&S
*	Etc.
*	Ensure that Ansteorran activities occur as scheduled
*	Coordinate Ansteorran participation in Knowne World Party
*	Deal with various issues as they arise
*	Deal with tired, upset people who have just driven 12 hours to camp
in a mud puddle

	Individuals who are interested in the job need to send word to me
via email at twinoak at cox-internet.com by April 30th. I will pass on each and
every email application to the Crown and Seneschal for a decision to be
announced no later than Coronation. (The decision belongs to the Crown, the
timeline is mine.) Who ever is chosen will spend one year as my assistant
liaison and will be trained to take over the position for Gulf War XIII in
