[Ansteorra] Paying for Marshal's Gauge using PayPal

Just a quick note, if you're gonna use the Paypal link to purchase multiple
gauges, just multiply the number of gauges by 7.00 and submit it as one item.
Paypal charges a minimum of $0.50 per item, and if you do each gauge separately,
it just gives Paypal $0.50 per gauge.  Case in point, someone just ordered six
gauges, and paypal got $3.00 cause the ordered them separately, whereas if
they'd been ordered together it'd only have been $1.26.
