[Ansteorra] Ansteorran Spinner's and Weaver's Guild

I think this sounds cool, although I wouldn't classify myself as either
a Spinner or a Weaver.  I know other kingdoms have kingdom-wide guilds
and Ansteorra doesn't seem to.  While I do a little bit of card weaving,
my primary fibre art is knitting - although I'm still new at that as
well.
