[Ansteorra] "Off" Weapons

Ansteorra is traditionally a sword and board kingdom. We sometimes have "off
weapons" tourneys, but usually
the weapons of  champions are sword and sheild.
Where this concept of "off" came from, I have no idea, but it has been in
use at least as long as I have been playing here.
