I think I may just idealistic enough to answer this question to a degree of what you're looking for.

I guess I can't really separate them much for the way I see them. I see them as peers. Some I like more than others.

What makes a peer to me is someone who is always there leading by example. They are the epitome of what we are trying to be. They have put in the time and the research to become what they are. Their level of dedication to this dream is such that they are always teaching, always helping, always leading to such a degree that were they not around, we wouldn't know what to do. They have fun at what they do and it shows.

LOL ... some of them have this air about them that just makes you look up to them. I think alot of times, you could see a peer in someone before you're even introduced to them. They are a part of us all and a part of the dream.
