Woodville is the town on Hwy 190 that you turn off north to head to the
site, if you are driving in from Hwy 59 at Livingston.  The town has a small
website, and the motel is called the Woodville Inn.   It's a bit dated, but
clean and the nicest in town, moderate price, and they have an attached
restaurant, with fast food places in town.   The website had the Inn listed
as:  WOODVILLE INN , 201 N MAGNOLIA ST, WOODVILLE TX 75979 , (409) 283-3741

If you are willing to drive in a bit, Livingston has a few more motel
selections, but its about an 1-1.5 hr drive from there to the site.
If you head east on 190, toward the lake, there is a large resort around the
lake that has a motels, but may be a bit more pricey.  Sorry, don't recall
the side roads it's on.

Heading to the site from the north, there may be something closer than
Livingston, but I'm unfamiliar with those towns.
