Objective, subjective.
Meaningless unless defined.
Any evaluation o a skill or art will have some factors that are
clearly objective, some that are clearly subjective, and some that
could be either, depending on the evaluation process.
What is needed is a set of measurable criteria, preferably including
some that cannot be "taught to", but are innate in the teacher's
performance.
Now, how to select these criteria, accurately measure them, establish
an evaluation scale based on them, and get most people to agree to the
system, is a major job, and a horribly difficult one.
