No, you didn't get the point. The first year you are learning all the
unwritten rules of teaching. Also how much the district does or does not
support you. That how you are taught in the classroom to teach is not always
what you have to do in your own classroom. Then there is learning the
curriculum and developing your files. It takes about three years to get
enough experience under your belt before you are really doing a top job.
