Not necessarily. Being a List Clerk (running the list) is not covered in any
way by the Youth Rapier Rules, so no supervision is really *required*.
Fighting, marshalling, and training, yes. Anything not covered by the rules
is a negotiation point between the person doing the work and the person who
will (potentially) mentor them.
