Mediaeval was very similar to Classical. There were certainly regional
variations and accents. There was also the "Church Latin" variation, which
would return, in this case, a word similar to the Classical, but with
slightly purer vowels (floe-ree-LAY-gee-oom).

Would the pronounciation be the same in Classical Latin and
Medieval Latin?

Even in medieval times, would a scholar in say Italy pronounce
it the same as someone in England or France? Or would there be
different accents because of the different native languages?
