Why, just what it sounds like, an inquiry!  :-)  A court of inquiry is held
to gather facts and answer questions in order to determine if any action
needs to be taken, policies changed or lessons learned.  If you are curious
and want to learn more, come observe the court of inquiry being held on
Sunday morning at Bjornsborg!
