*smirks* I get an average of 3 different versions of that particular letter
a day. Forward a copy to their email provider's abuse address and to
uce at ftc.gov.  It's a classic chain  letter known as the 'Nigerian Scam' and
is punishable by federal law.... though generally you can at the very least
get their mail service yanked.  Not that this does much good as caramail,
mail.com, yahoo and so forth are all freemail and don't press charges
generally because most people running scams don't give their real names and
addresses on the sign up.
