Brandy,

You are correct. Inman's knighting was announced at the second Crown
Tourney that he won held in Mooneschadowe (Ice Crown).  So he won two
crowns as an unbelted fighter but only ruled once.

Ansteorra has only had two reigns with an unbelted King.  Sigmund's first
and Inman's first.
