[Ansteorra] Mentoring

It's sometimes difficult to find volunteers to be event autocrats and to
take up the various duties of putting on an event.  But, I've heard a bit
about different branches hosting 'Mentoring' guilds or programs to train and
guide folks into the 'how-to's of service.

If you're branch or you have such a group, please share how you go about it.
 Also, if you are interested in being 'mentored', what would you like to see
accomplished in a mentor group?
