I also understand that events above kingdom level -- Bod Meetings, 40th 
Anniversary of the SCA, Gulf War, KW Dance, KW Heraldic, etc. are exempt 
from the count. However, if you really want the skinny on this ask the 
Seneschal or her calendar deputy. Maybe someone can post the proposed 
text.
