I seem to be having some issues with my email account but I understand 
someone said something that sounded like:

In light of the new kingdom law it would be nice if perhaps the
calendar were cleaned up a bit.
A cleanup of the clanedar would cetianly make planning upcoming
events and chossing/putting in bids for the minor kingdom events a

It would be very nice for groups to start making some decisions about what 
they want to do with their "extra" events.
If your group has already decided to take something "off calendar" I will 
open up the weekend as soon as I get the word.
However, multi group events, regional events, and Kingdom events do not 
count against you and several groups have already talked about these options 
in order to keep thier dates.  I don't think anyone would ask for an "extra" 
date...

I have noticed that we have THREE melee events on the same weekend in 
February.
