We have been collecting the Non Member Surcharge for some time now. While I 
am sure there are plenty of incidents where someone forgets to bring proof 
of membership to an event and has to pay the fee, that $3 is enough to 
prod most of us into remembering our cards or BlackStars.

So, my question is this:

What percentage of people atending our events are now paying the NMS? Is 
there is some officer out there with this sort of data?
