My first question is about the function of the site. Is it a Bad Thing if 
the response when I submit the questionnaire is:

It's the "No data entered" part that concerns me.

Second, I notice that there are no non-armigerous awards listed (e.g. Sable 
Falcon, Queen's Rapier, Lion). I assume that grace awards such as the 
Queen's Ring and Crown's Favor would be counted as service. I was guessing 
that question #3 was a "check all that apply" question since it was 
possible to select multiple boxes.
