To the Library, the bookstore and the Web ....to learn all that they can
about their art - the history, the fundamentals, the techniques of others,
and the social backgrounds and mindsets that drove the historical artisans
that we study.


To the workshop....to put into practice the theories and concepts that we
learn in the libraries.

To events and guild practices in order to display and discuss their arts
with other artisans.

To colleges.... to teach others about their arts, which very often causes
them to learn more about their arts in the process.
