Congratulations to Mistress Kasilda Kubasik Ansteorra's newest Pelican.
Mistress Kasilda was very surprised by the announcement. When she was asked
about tonight or next weekend for this to be given from thier majesties
hands she choose this evening. I cannot do justice to the words spoken by
all the peers. What I can say is that peers and roses fought to get in line
to say words about this wonderful lady.
Congratulations and VIVAT to Mistress Kasilda as a member of the order of
the pelican.
