Dear Almarr,
Sympathies to you, my friend.  I have lost loved "little people" myself.
The shame of our relationship with these animal companions is that we have
to part from them so soon.  All the more reason to love and enjoy them while
they are here.  Actually, not a bad reason to treat the people we know
better and with more love also.
