[Ansteorra] Rapier activities at Ansteorran Tribute

The person responsible for running the list and making the prize (me) must travel at the whim of Emperor Sam.  I had wanted to finish a Morrion fencing helm but will be unable to.  Others that will be at the event are overly tasked as is and can not assist me.  So, if you would like a chance to compete for the helm come to Eldern XXV.  I am sorry for the cancellation but it can not be helped.  I hope you enjoy the rest of the activities.
