[Ansteorra] Order of the Rose question

He was King.  After all, when a man wins Crown Tournament, his consort becomes
Queen.  It is exactly the opposite when a woman wins - her consort becomes
King.  Granted, it has only happened once on the Kingdom level (although I
understand there have been several Principality Princesses by right of arms).
In Ansteorra, King and Queen rule equally, regardless of who won the
tournament.  I wasn't living in Ansteorra at the time, but I believe the only
difference it made was that they were annouced in court and on award scrolls
as "Rowan and Hector, Queen and King of Ansteorra" rather than the reverse.  If
anyone knows differently, please feel free to correct me!
