  For those not at Steppes 12th Night, there was an announcement made
  for a Laurel elevation. Their Royal Majesties will elevate Damarais of
  Greenhilll to the Order of the Laurel at the upcoming Candlemas
  festivities. Please offer your congratulations and advice to this
  deserving young lady.
