[Ansteorra] Order of the Rose question

That's quite correct, and it became the fashion during the reign for
Baronial Courts to annouce Baroness and Baron. We loved it!

The scroll for the Order of the White Scarf, however, always puts the Queen
first, so it was unchanged during the reign.
