Greetings to all,

A question of my own... in mundane areas, isn't that what a 'Sargent-at-arms' is for??  

I seem to recall in the 'early years' that certain groups had 'guards' who stood in livery along the back or sides of the Court... with staves or pole arms (not banners).  What if a similar idea was used and these individuals were directed by the Court to move to the 'offenders' and request that they be quiet or leave. _And_ remain long enough for that request to be followed, then the 'guard' would return to their 'station'.

Another idea I've seen used is a 'talk-tax'.... a jar is carried to the offenders and a 'tax' (usually a quarter) is required or the speaker is asked to leave.

Just some random thoughts.....
