Greetings and Hi There,

Other than, "It's just the way it's done," why can't folk, on purpose, be
given a second or even third of such awards as a Sable Comet (for their home
Shire)?  Or a Sable Crane (several have two, but by accident)?  While I
didn't look at all the charters,the ones I did do not limit the number of
times an individual may receive it.  And why should someone be able to get
multiples of the award?
