Not that I am aware of, but The Woodlands is only about 5- 10 min south of Conroe.  It would still be a VERY manageable distance from the event site.

One note about South to North traffic on I-45--on Friday evenings it can get very heavy from just north of the woodlands to the Hwy 105 exit (sorry I don't remember the number) in Conroe.

    No it doesn't -- it is now part of the Ramada Inn chain.

    Two of the better hotels to stay at are at Exit 91 -- just one exit north of the event site exit.
