I'm not going to be much help there.  It was at least a year if not two ago.
It was one of those "here's a neat thing check it out" things.  I remember I
made it in time for the Archery Champion of Elfsea, the one where they sent
the winner on a plan ride to be the repersentative someplace. I believe
Aldwin Greenleaf won the match.

I took one of those really big umbrella and added trigger to the outside.  I
just sewed it right on to it.
