Every year the list gets revised, and I believe it is currently being updated.
Your zipcode may or maynot show up in previous lists because the postal service adds new zip codes every year and because in the past...I believe not every zip code was was attributed to a group...your local Seneschals should have last years update in relation to your area so that you can see if your zipcode shows up on them...
