·         Post your email of support to the Army Reserve at

·         Stars and Stripes newspaper delivers personal messages from home:

·         Sign a virtual thank you card at the Defend America Web site at

·         Send an email greeting to troops via the Red Cross at
http://www.redcross.org/services/afes/afes_letters.html

·         Donate a calling card to help keep service members in touch with
their families at Operation Uplink at http://www.operationuplink.org/

·         Make a donation to one of the military relief societies:

-Support the American Red Cross Armed Forces Emergency Services at

·         Volunteer at a VA Hospital to honor veterans who were involved in

adults on how to talk with children and teens about war and terrorism. It
is also helpful in providing guides about other issues that confront our young.
