[Ansteorra] offtopic: supporting the troops

Another fine organization that is doing much to support both the families
behind and the boys on the front, is Blue Star Moms:

Locally here in Tulsa, they are organizing a drive to collect items the
soldiers really NEED that the Army doesn't really provide - the small
comforts that makes life in combat in the desert at least somewhat more
bearable: chapstick, toilet paper, skin lotion, sunglasses, AA batteries,
etc etc. They're gathering items here in Tulsa until March 30th. A couple of
radio stations are acting as collection points for the drive.
