I think this maybe a postal problem rather than one that we can solve
ourselves.  Here in Granbury, Texas Ailgenan and I recieved our Blackstar for
March back in February and we just got our April Blackstar yesterday.

Are the missing Blackstars concentrated in one area or a few specific
regions.  If so it could point to were the problem is....SCA or USPS.
