I don't think the problem is just the Blackstars.  There seems to be a
larger mail problem, at least for me.  On March 26th I received in
Houston a car insurance bill postmarked February 21st in Dallas.  I have
two magazines that never arrived - one in Feb and one in March.  And in
the last couple of weeks I've received three pieces of mail addressed to
someone else.  We have, however, received our Blackstars just fine.
