   How about something along the line of the Sable
Populace Award..granted by the Crown to any group of
two or more people whose combined effort are deemed
worthy of Their Mmajesties' approval.
   One scroll could be made for each group, and read
into the court at which it is presented, specifically
naming each person in the group the award is going to.
Then some small individual insignia could be given.
   Further, why not make such an award with no limit
or restrictions on how many times it can be awarded?
That way, the cool small insignias could grow as the
person performed more meritorious acts with however
many groups they would like, that the Crowns' decide
to recognize.
   It would make these extra special tokens of service
look much 'cooler' than the site tokens some people
carry.
