[Ansteorra] Challenges and fighting with a spear

Many (most?) of us also have trouble coming up with a good challenge, 
especially on the spur of the moment repeatedly. Perhaps this file in 
the Florilegium might be of use:

And while I am thinking about it, Guy mentioned fighting with a spear 
and against a spear.
Does anyone have any good articles on how to fight with a spear or 
against one? I'd love to have such an article for the Florilegium, 
either one previously written or a new one. My standard policy is that 
the copyright stays with the author and I take updates at any time. I 
just want to get good into out to those who can use it.
