[Ansteorra] Site for Crown?

Given the propensity of events being flooded out recently and the forecast
of 70% chance of rain tomorrow, how does the Ravensfort site handle water?
Is it in a floodplain?  Does the precipitation runoff easily and quickly?
Are there dry camping spots?
