Hello again!

I'm just trying to spice up my messsages a bit when I tell you that Mid Summer Kinght's Dream XII is coming up in just a couple week's thyme. Why travel to the ends of the Earth when you can spend Labor Day weekend at the edge of the beautiful Ouachita National Forest ?

You want fighting? We have fighting. A Fledgling Tourney, Gladiator Games, Epic Battles (put your fighting skills to the test against Mystical Creatures), and even a Loot Tourney (loot, of course, can be anything of value: a piece of armor, a stick of rattan, a few yards of trim, or even a small jar of seasoning).

Rapier Battles? We have those too! The Defender of Smythkepe Tourney, a DeGrassi Buckler Tourney, a Fox Hunt. We also offer a Roman Orgy Tourney (sounds spicy) and a Clash of the Chitons Loot Tourney.

We also offer a diverse selection of classes from Beltbook Making and How to make a Chiton or Toga to an Introduction to Middle Eastern Dance, and Rapier 101. Also check out You Fight Like a Girl : a Woman's Psychological Aspect in Fighting and How to be a Bard.

None of that appeals to you?  How about the Feastus Maximus featuring Chicken Kreplach, Garlic Stuffed Roast, sweet cakes and cherry cheese tarts? We also will be serving pizza on Sunday night : it's NOT delivery, it's NOT DiGiorno (yes, I'm saying that to get a rise out of you) !!  It's lovingly and painstakingly hand crafted by our own Amber Morgan. How do you top that (I'd like pepperoni, please) ?
