You must also remember that emails are not always a reliable means of communication.  With everyone trying to rid themselves of spam, an email from an unfamiliar person might not  get through.  If you have only sent one email, try again.  If that does not work then I would follow HE Niklas' recommendation in trying the Seneschal.  And also remember, hospitalers are only human, mundane life takes all of us away from our duties sometimes.
