If one must park their car in the main area, there are several already existing ways of disquising it. One I have seen is to simply put a tent up over it. We have come to see portable carports as a norm. They hide cars, trailers, and campers well. 
 
Although I like the idea of the car cover, I would hate to see people start parking their cars in the no car area "because they have a carcover that looks like a hay mound," when they normaly would have parked it out in the designated parking area.

We should also always take into mind who is new, how much can they afford, what can we do to help, and are their physical reasons why they need to be parked or have these mundane objects so close.
