[Ansteorra] Striking while the Iron is Hot

Greetings!

I know that everyone (me, too!) is frantically preparing for our glorious
Argent Anniversary BUT while everyone's mind is also focused on our equally
glorious History, I wanted to take a moment of your time to let you know
about something that (to my knowledge) has not happened recently (if ever)
in our Kingdom.

I am talking about a class I will be teaching at the King's Round Table
event which follows the weekend of Argent. My class is called a Historian's
Class. In this class, I will be teaching what it is to be a Historian for a
group, why groups need (desperately) to have a Historian, what a Historian
does (and does not) do for a group, and how to recover or reconstruct your
group's History if it has been a while since you had one (if ever). All are
welcome esp. Seneschals and Chroniclers of groups that do not have a
Historian presently. With our renewed interest in our History, this seems
like the very best time to offer such a class. I will have handouts and
there is no class limit. I am hoping that many of you will join me so that
when our 30th year event comes around there will be a strong cadre of
Historians out in our Kingdom, carefully tending to each group's history.
