I would like to say THANK YOU to the 24 servers who made it possible to 
serve feast for 500+ in 90 minutes.  They stayed cool under continuous 
changes and made sure that every effort was made to keep our guests happy 
and fed.  I cannot say enough about the strangers and friends who stepped up 
to make sure this evening was possible.
