[Ansteorra] Inspections at Gulf Wars

Greetings Ansteorra, 
	Our Earl Marshal, Sir Randall, is allowing me to help organize
inspections at Gulf Wars this year.  We expect that like in years past, that in
addition to the general inspection point maintained down at Hastings Field, that
we will be allowed to run an additional inspections up at the Ansteorran tent as
we have in the past.  However, to prevent a lot of the "when are inspections
going to be" that typically happens at the war, we thought we'd post it before
hand.  

So here's the details:
1) We'll have inspections starting 2 hours before the first war point battle of
the day.  
2) Inspections will end 1/2 before the start of the war point.

To be explicit, according to the schedule on the website: 
Tuesday (not a war point, but we'll probably provide it anyway): 
9:00 am to 10:30 am

Wednesday: 
11:00 am to 12:30 pm

Thursday :
8:00 am to 9:30 am

Friday :
9:00 am to 10:30 am (before the champions battle)

Saturday:
 9:00 am to 10:30 am 

3) After that, you can go down to the general inspection point, and can do so at
any point in time.
4) Every fighter should go to http://gulfwars.org/heavy.html and check the rules
for this years war.


I'd like to have as many people get inspected as possible, so we'll need 

A) marshals to inspect weapons
B) marshals to inspect armour, 
C) marshals to help fill out the paperwork (stickers, etc)
D) people with armour repair kits to help fix problems...

If you can do any of these tasks on any of the days mentioned, please find me at
the war (camping in Mooneschadowe's Lands) and let me know or just stop by and
help.  You *must* be an inspecting marshal to help with A and B, and anyone can
help with C and D.
