[Ansteorra] Using Credit Cards to pay for events

Greetings,

The Ansteorran Credit Card Event Payment System (ACCEPS) is finally 
available for limited use.  This system allows us to pre-register and 
pre-pay for an event with either a Visa or MasterCard credit card.

The first event on the system is Loch Guardian coming up May 14-16.   Look 
for Argent Anniversary to be added soon.

The system should be available  in the very near future to any group who 
wishes to use it for their events.  If your group would like to have this
