Dear Lady Elizabeth,
The "Frugal Garb competition" will be held at the off-calendar event being
held by the Shire of Gate's Edge, Midsummer Faire XV, June 26 at the
Knight's of Columbus Hall on 1488 near the Woodlands, TX. I quote from the
Black Star advertisement which reads:
Frugal Garb Competition: Bring your best garb (to be displayed, not worn)
that costs less than $25. Judging will be done by a popular vote. Contat
