Edrei the Quiet is right about the tax permit taking a while. There are some
local tax offices outside of Austin that can help speed things up. I handled
my
paperwork through the one in the Bryan/College Station area. My tax permit
was in my hand in four weeks.
BTW when I wrote licence I ment tax permit. :o)
